When local winemaker Cotiere set out to expand their operations with a dedicated tasting room, they discovered a vacant commercial space in a vibrant regional wine hub. With the addition of a welcoming bar and ample seating, Cotiere is poised to attract and serve a much broader audience.

This historic structure has lived multiple lives as a movie theater, printing press, and general store. After sitting vacant for nearly 20 years it was discovered by its current owners who dreamt of converting it into a brewery and cafe. The existing 1800’s facade was carefully restored to its original charm. Work is underway to upgrade and modernize the interior to create a warm and welcoming environment for patrons to enjoy craft beer and lite bites.

When talented artist Jessica Silverman sought to expand her gallery, she discovered a lofty, vacant space in a historic building in Chinatown. The interior was completely reimagined, becoming a bright and open environment ideal for showcasing her artwork and hosting visiting artists. The exterior underwent several iterations as we carefully balanced the building's historic charm with the sleek, modern aesthetic of the interior, striving to create a harmonious blend of old and new.
